A second season of Icelandic thriller Fortitude is on the way to Sky Atlantic in early 2017, with a whole host of famous faces joining the show, including our own Robert Sheehan and Michelle Fairley.

Leading the cast though is Hollywood star Dennis Quaid, who you'll know from the likes of The Day After Tomorrow and Vantage Point. (He was also Mr Meg Ryan throughout the nineties.)

Returning cast members include Sofie Gråbøl, Richard Dormer, Luke Treadaway, Darren Boyd, Björn Hlynur Haraldsson, Mia Jexen, Alexandra Moen, Verónica Echegui, Sienna Guillory and Ramon Tikaram.

The second season returns to the not-so-quiet Arctic town where there will be another mysterious death to rattle the residents.
