Turns out, after all the movies Minnie Driver has been in, what she is really holding out for her is a role in Downton Abbey. The actress joined Ellen on her show recently, and the host decided she would facilitate her wish by filming an audition tape.
Not sure if she will catch the eye of casting directors with this performance though, that said - she does a wonderful impersonation of a dog barking, and can drop in and out of about five different accents. That's sheer talent right there.
Come to think of it, when was the last time we saw Minnie Driver act in anything? There was Good Will Hunting, and then... nope, drawing a blank.
Maybe Downton Abbey SHOULD consider her...
