Before he became a daddy to daughter North and hooked up with Reality TV starlet Kim Kardashian, Kanye West had a go at the old acting, with his own ill-fated comedy series.

We kid you not ladies and gents: Kanye got the go ahead to record a pilot for HBO, but the series wasn't picked up by the network. "It was really good, but... I think it was too hardcore for HBO," Curb Your Enthusiasm and Borat producer Larry Charles (who also got involved with Kanye's ill-fated effort) said at the time.

The show had been all but forgotten until Consequence of Found came across a recently released video by actress Alison Quinn. It seemed she intended to use the footage to show casting producers what she can do, but it was West who caught the eye of everyone online.

In this here clip, she's playing an aide at the Make-A-Wish Foundation, who is introducing West to a terminally ill little boy. Needless to say, things don't go to plan.

Hey Kanye, we're going to let you finish, but Will Smith had the best sitcom of all time.
