These last few weeks we have been getting many the chuckle from rising star Amy Schumer on her Comedy Central sketch show, which so far this series has featured the likes of Tina Fey, Patricia Arquette, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Jeff Goldblum and Paul Giamatti.
And this week, guess who has gone and made her debut appearance? Only Irish comedian Maeve Higgins, in this sketch below at a doggy daycare centre.
Higgins, who is from Cobh in Co. Cork, was a principal actor/writer on RTE series Naked Camera, as well as our personal favourite, 'Maeve Higgins' Fancy Vittles', which was a kind of cooking/sketch show alongside her sister, chef Lily Higgins. She also writes regular features for The Irish Times and has guest starred in Moone Boy.
Maeve is currently based in new York, and clearly making a go of things if she's hanging with the likes of Schumer.
G'wan the Maevo!
