The controversial decision to move The Great British Bake Off from the BBC to Channel 4 without the full original lineup caused a lot of anger when it was first announced, but after watching the lovely new trailer Channel 4 have dropped for the upcoming series, we can't help but feel the show is in safe hands.
It's a colourful mix of animated cakes and pastries being baked with the catchiest bloody tune (Paul McCartney and the Frog Chorus's 'We All Stand Together) that will be stuck in your head for the afternoon we're afraid.
There's no official date for The Great British Bake Off's arrival on Channel 4 but we do know it will be in the autumn. GBBO alumni Paul Hollywood is returning and will be joined by presenter Sandi Toksvig, comedian Noel Fielding and restaurateur Prue Leith.
