Red Rock has been continuously successful for TV3, earning itself two IFTAs and racking up almost 190,000 viewers an episode.
It's now headed into the international circuit as Amazon have snapped up the rights to the Irish show. The deal, which is rumoured to have cost around $1,000,000, will see all 80 episodes of Red Rock feature on the streaming service and is set to last for four years.
The series will be available on Amazon's streaming service, Amazon Prime, in the next few months with the 80 episodes being shown through their Amazon Original slate.
Red Rock, which is currently in its second season, is produced by TV3, Element Pictures and Angel Station and has become one of Ireland's most popular homegrown TV series.
