Just when we thought we were rid of Big Brother from our homes after it moved off to Channel 5 a few years back, (where most shows go to die), TV3 have resurrected it from their clutches and have secured rights to broadcast it this summer.
The 16th series of this television phenomenon launches on Tuesday 12th of May with over 200 hours of ‘Big Brother’ broadast across TV3, 3e and 3Player. 200. Hours. While the deal also includes Celebrity Big Brother, with series' scheduled for this autumn and January 2016.

Hosted by Emma Willis, this year’s Big Brother ‘Timebomb’ theme will see a Mad Men-influenced, '60s-style decor for the new house while Big Brother will play with time during tasks and have secret missions to create tension in the house.
Yeah. We hate ourselves for being intrigued too.
The launch show: ‘Big Brother: Timebomb’ kicks off on Tuesday 12th May at 9pm on 3e with a simulcast on TV3 from 10pm – 11pm.
‘Big Brother’s Bit on the Side’ will air nightly on 3e straight after the main show.
