He'll be talking about what it actually takes to get the perfect Instagrammable bod, the truth about online weight-loss programmes and how one of the most popular health food products on the market isn’t all that it seems.
Sean Keane (brother to Dolores Keane) will be on the show talking about dealing with the heartbreak of losing his wife within months of being diagnosed with cancer, and how his grief left him unable to sing for a long time. After several years out of the limelight Seán has now returned to music with a new album and a beautiful song dedicated to his late wife called 'One More Hour', which he will perform tonight.
Viewers will recognise Sarah-Jane Moloney O’Regan from her role as an Irish sign language presenter on RTÉ.
