Between an Oscar contender, one of the UK’s biggest talkshow hosts, a singer suited for the season, and Ireland’s favourite comedian, this could be the best line-up of The Late Late Show this year.
First up is Ruth Negga, who recently graced the cover of Vogue, and is set to be a major contender for the Best Actress Oscar following her highly acclaimed performance in the upcoming biopic Loving.
Next up, chatshow legend Michael Parkinson will be chatting to Ryan Tubridy about his amazing career as well as his friendship with the late Muhammad Ali, one of the great groundbreaking stars we lost this year.
Des Bishop will be chatting about his new show on RTE2, ‘This is Ireland with Des Bishop’, in which he satirises Irish current affairs. He’ll also officially confirm or deny the rumours that he’ll be on Ireland’s Dancing with the Stars in the new year.
Last of Ryan’s biggest guests is Aled Jones who over 30 years ago stunned TV audiences with his rendition of Walking in the Air for the Christmas special The Snowman. Now he’s back with a unique duet with his younger self, and he’ll chat with our host about life after fame.
