'This Way Up' season 2 is just around the corner. While an Irish and UK premiere date on Channel 4 has yet to be confirmed, the new season will debut on Hulu in the US next week.
'This Way Up' stars Aisling Bea ('Living With Yourself', 'The Fall') as Áine, who is trying to pull her life together after a "teeny little nervous breakdown."
She teaches English classes and offers private tuition.
Last season, romance started blooming with Richard (played by 'The Crown's Tobias Menzies), the father of a pupil.
It looks like they're starting to see each other officially now, if this trailer is anything to go by.
Meanwhile Áine's big sister Shona (Sharon Horgan - 'Catastrophe', 'Game Night'), who tends to act like she has her life in order, is actually something of a mess right now.
She doesn't know what she wants with fiancé Vish (Aasif Mandvi) as feelings for her colleague Charlotte (played by 'Game of Thrones' star Indira Varma) linger.
'This Way Up' is a comedy-drama created by Aisling Bea.
Season 2 will consist of six episodes.
Here's the trailer.
'This Way Up' season 2 premieres on Friday, 9 July, on Hulu.
You can watch season 1 now on Channel 4's on-demand All 4 player.
