We may be waving goodbye to Walter White this summer, but the folks behind Breaking Bad may not have given up on the telly just yet, because word on the street is that there's a comedy spin-off in the works. Yes, you heard me right.
As per Deadline, a potential spinoff featuring Bob Odenkirk's Saul Goodman is being lined up. Dodgy lawyer Saul is the one who provides that much needed comic relief amid the madness, so what better way to take things in a new direction than to make a show that's just about him? Being honest, we're not too sure.
They do say that series creator Vince Gilligan and writer/producer Peter Gold are supposedly working on it though, so that can only be a good thing. The minds that gave us Walter can surely produce comedy gold too. Plus, they haven't even nailed down the finer details about the show, as it's very early days yet. They're not even finished with Breaking Bad sure.
Why do we have an odd feeling that they'd be better off leaving things as they are at the end of this season?
