***SPOILERS AHEAD IF YOU HAVE NOT WATCHED THE 2ND SEASON OF STRANGER THINGS***
Since being released two and a half weeks ago, almost everyone who loves Stranger Things has seen the second season, but it was so good that we can’t stop talking about it.
Over the weekend, some savvy observers noticed a new detail from the hit Netflix series that will have you in even more awe of the series, as well as break your heart a little.
Just as this season saw us learn a little more about Eleven’s history, season 1 of the show delved into Chief Hopper’s tragic backstory which, in case you don’t recall, sees him tragically lose his daughter to cancer.
When we first see Hopper and his daughter together, the latter can be seen wearing a blue elastic band in her hair and throughout season 2, Hopper wears the band on his wrist.
Now for the even more emotional part – remember how Hopper takes Eleven in for the second season of Stranger Things, becoming a kind of father figure to her? Well, in the final scene at the school dance, Eleven can be seen wearing the blue band.
