Great news for fans of The Good Wife today, not only have they a brand new spin-off to sink their teeth into, but the show's original creators have now got on board with it.
Robert and Michelle King have announced they will executive produce and write the online sequel which will star Christine Baranski (Diane Lockhart) and Cush Jumbo (Lucca Quinn), while new characters will be added as the story evolves.
The new show will get a title and premiere via a special broadcast on CBS, and then move exclusively to CBS All Access.
The series will pick up one year after the events of The Good Wife finale, and that infamous slap, that we're still not too happy about if we're honest.
