Can it even get any more shocking? Season one had us pretty much checking under our beds for months, and while there have been no actual murders so far in season two, it's still tense stuff. Psych yourself up for more though as the BBC have promised a 'shocking' feature length finale to season two.
Ben Stephenson of the BBC said; “This series has such a wonderfully shocking conclusion that it’s only fitting viewers should be treated to a feature finale to relish." While writer of the show Alan Cubitt added; "It’s a real vote of confidence in the show and allows me the chance to explore the issues the drama deals with in real depth."
The finale will air here on December 14th just on time to scare the Christmas cheer out of us really. It's uncertain if there will be third season of the show, although Gillian Anderson reckons there will be. However, it may not feature Jamie Dornan... which doesn't bode well for Paul Spector at all, could that be the shock in the finale?
If so, Dornan is probably alright with that considering he is on the cusp of mega stardom ahead of Fifty Shades of Grey's release on Valentines Day.
We had him first Hollywood!
