Yesterday we brought you the news that The Simpsons executive producer Al Jean had told Variety that Homer and Marge would separate in the upcoming season.
His words reportedly were; "In the premiere, it’s discovered after all the years Homer has narcolepsy and it’s an incredible strain on the marriage. Homer and Marge legally separate.
"Homer falls in love with his pharmacist, who’s voiced by Lena Dunham."
However, he appears to be taking back his words now and the show's Twitter account has been busy tweeting up a storm, showing a very angry Bart Simpson writing on the chalk board "Homer and Marge are not breaking up", along with a pic of the couple with the message "¡Marge y Homero para siempre! meaning "Marge and Homer forever".

While Al Jean clarified the furore over his statement by telling The Wrap; "I didn’t say Homer and Marge are breaking up. I said they are bigger than Jesus."
Ah, that's grand so.
True love still exists folks, Homer and Marge 4eva.
