Eugene Levy, the star and co-creator of the hit sitcom 'Schitt's Creek', was recently presented with Newport Beach Film Festival's Lifetime Achievement Award.
Levy was unable to give an acceptance speech in person due to the current health crisis. But the 'Schitt's Creek' cast more than made up for it.
Stars of the show Catherine O'Hara, Annie Murphy, Emily Hampshire and Jenn Robertson all offered touching tributes; as did Chris Elliott, Dustin Milligan, Karen Robinson and Noah Reid.
Of course his kids, Dan and Sarah Levy, who also star on the show, sang their dad's praises as well as roasting him.
Eugene's friends, comedy legends Steve Martin, Martin Short, and Jennifer Coolidge, also shared in the celebration.
By the end of it, the guy is so overwhelmed that he's in floods of tears. It's very touching.
