'The Masked Singer' threw one of its biggest spanners in the works, revealing that a former governor of Alaska was one of its contestants.
The US version of 'The Masked Singer' has quickly become a must-watch TV show, even if it's just to see what calibre of celebrities they are able to wrangle up. Last night, following each of the judges (Robin Thicke, Jenny McCarthy, Ken Jeong, and Nicole Scherzinger) guessing who they believed was behind the Bear outfit, the losing competitor eventually popped the head off of their furry outfit. And it was plainly obvious that nobody - absolutely nobody - expected Sarah Palin on 'The Masked Singer'.
The judges' final guesses created an interesting turn of events, as Robin Thicke made the guess that Tina Fey was behind the Bear mask. The comedian, who started off her TV career as a cast member on 'Saturday Night Live', became known for parodying the politician in numerous comedy sketches. Palin was at one time in the running for Vice Presidency, yet here she is rapping about arses.
Here's the reveal of Sarah Palin on 'The Masked Singer', which stuns every single one of the judges.
In true peak 2020 fashion, Palin turned it out one last time before leaving the show and gave 'Baby Got Back' by Sir Mix-A-Lot one more attempt. Nicole Scherzinger and Ken Jeong's faces speak volumes, really.
If I could sum up 2020 so far it would be this video of Sarah Palin on The Masked Singer. pic.twitter.com/BqV0180uMt
