The sixth season of Game of Thrones has so far been lacking in what it is known so well for - a shocking death. Sure, we've lost the Blackfish, The Waif and of course... *sob* Hodor (okay, that was a big one), but we haven't parted with any of the major players.
As we all know from past experience however, it's episode nine that usually rips our heart out, and it's certainly never been a good episode for any member of the Stark clan. That said, we're quietly optimistic that Jon Snow will prevail and that Ramsay Bolton's days are numbered, but at what cost? How many others will meet their makers in this much anticipated Bastard-off?
