Now this, we have to see.
The full-time public aggravator is set to talk to the, eh, full-time public aggravator.
Piers Morgan has clinched the first international interview with President Trump as he meets the world leader today (January 25) at World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.
Good Morning Britain host Piers will be talking about the interview on the show tomorrow while it will be aired in full on ITV this Sunday at 10pm. (Irish viewers will probably have to settle for watching it on YouTube).
This controversial pair are no strangers to each other with the broadcaster having interviewed Trump over the years more than 30 times.
Trump even has a nickname for Morgan. He calls him 'Champ'. *Grabs bucket*.
Apparently, it's because Piers won Celebrity Apprentice, while the presenter also previously told The Sun: "When I have had tough times, he has called me and we talk about personal stuff.
"When I get a new job, like on GMB, a handwritten note from Donald Trump arrives. If you’re loyal and respectful to him, he will be incredibly loyal and incredibly respectful back."
So yeah, this interview could essentially just be a sickening mutual love-in for the pair, but let's hope Piers doesn't refrain from asking the tough questions. Champ or not.
