It's hard to remember a time when Kim Kardashian West wasn't ruler of reality TV, but back in the days of The Hills she was relatively unknown and even randomly turned up in an episode in 2007, footage of which turned up on the recent ten-year reunion special, "The Hills, That Was Then and This is Now".

Her appearance didn't even make the final cut so hence why it hasn't surfaced before. It sees a young Kim K and step-brother Brody Jenner getting a tour of Heidi's home.

Spencer Pratt had previously claimed Kim Kardashian had appeared on the show and was helping Heidi organise her closet, a job Kim used to do for famous people before she was breaking the internet and whatnot.
