There is just no stopping Brendan O'Carroll. Seriously, I still feel like a genie may have granted him three wishes at some point. Mrs Brown's Boys has gone world wide in its success, the show has won countless awards, and now, to top it all off, it will be made into a cartoon.
One of the show's stars Rory Cowan (who plays Rory Brown) has confirmed the show will made into an animated version later this year, with the full cast recording their lines for the show in front a live audience.
He told the Irish Daily Star: "It will be a mix of storylines we've seen on the main shows, as well as a few other things thrown in to make them different. The logic is that it can be sent to all English-speaking countries, and dubbed so it can be used across the world."
It's yet to be decided if the show will be recorded in London, or its home town of Dublin. And when will we get to watch it? Rory said: The earliest we'll see it is in 2015. Recording the voices is the first part - the animation is what will take a long time."
Only one more wish left, O'Carroll...
