With the final half-season of Mad Men on its way, the stars of the long-running drama are lining up their next roles.
Christina Hendricks, who played Joan Harris in the hit series, has signed on to star in a new TV series by Cameron Crowe. Who's he, you may ask?
Only the brains behind Almost Famous, Say Anything, Jerry Maguire and a ton of other smash-hit films.
Set in the world of roadies, it follows the story of a number of characters on a hot-ticket tour. Hendricks will play a tough stage manager, with Luke Wilson, Rafe Spall and Imogen Poots lined up to star as well.
This will be the first time Cameron Crowe has made a venture into television, who will write and direct the pilot episode of the series.
Hendricks is a fantastic actress and this sounds like it's definitely in Crowe's wheelhouse.
The show isn't expected to be on our screens until 2016, unfortunately, so we'll have to see how it pans out.
