The YouTube channel LegalEagle is essentially a lawyer going through movies and TV shows, pointing out what's realistic and what isn't. The channel breaks down and highlights what's accurate, what's actually a good argument - and believe it or not - a lot of this episode holds up to scrutiny.
For example, the argument that the wine spillage is actually a real strategy called 'assumption of risk'. The part where Mac talks about evolution and that discredits his testimony? Also an actual strategy. The Cereal Defense itself? Well, not so much.
It's twenty odd minutes long, but honestly, it's quite interesting.
