'The Late Late Show' will air on Thursday night this week to mark Saint Patrick's Day, and stars from the world of sport, comedy and music will join Ryan in the studio.
Fresh from leading the parade in Dublin, Olympian gold medalist Kellie Harrington will be the big guest of the night, and she'll be chatting to Ryan about her whirlwind year after winning a gold medal at last year's Olympic games in Tokyo.
The boxing star will serve as Grand Marshal at tomorrow's parade in Dublin, and the athlete will discuss recently getting engaged, and now she's preparing for the World Championships in Instanbul in May.
Hollywood star and Oscar nominee John C. Reilly will also appear on the show, with the 'Step Brothers' star discussing his Irish heritage, love of Irish music, and will discuss his time filming in Ireland.
Football fans will want to tune in to hear the latest from national team manager Stephen Kenny, fresh off signing a contract extension with the Boys In Green.
The manager will chat with Ryan about his hopes for the future of Irish football.
Kenny recently signed a new deal to keep him in charge of the national side until 2024, and following a frustrating World Cup qualifying campaign, Kenny is now tasked with getting the team to Euro 2024 in Germany.
Impressionist Oliver Callan will also join Ryan, and in the spirit of the big day, the comedian will take off some of Ireland's most famous voices.
Music on the night will come from Moya Brennan and veteran group Clannad, along with the debut performance 'Late Late' performance of the group Nava.
Irish people from around the world will also be sending messages to their friends and family back home to mark the big day.
