Keeping Up With the Kardashians has already launched numerous spin-offs, including Kourtney and Kim Take Miami, Kourtney and Kim Take New York, Khloé & Lamar, Kourtney and Khloé Take The Hamptons, Dash Dolls, and Rob & Chyna.
The latest to get the green light is Life of Kylie, a spin-off show centred around the youngest member of the Kardashian-Jenner clan.
The series will premiere on the E! network this summer and will consist of eight half-hour episodes.
It is set to explore the reality TV star’s friendships, family, and work (lip kits, clothing lines, YA novels, et al.) from Kylie’s own perspective.
It follows Jenner as she navigates her life as entrepreneur, fashion designer, author, social media star and CEO/Founder of Kylie Cosmetics. It will also document her personal life, including spending time with her close friend Jordyn Woods.
“Kylie’s beauty, business savvy, and fashion icon status have made her one of the most famous and successful young women on the planet,” E!’s executive vice president of programming and development Jeff Olde said. “Kylie has achieved so much at such a young age, and we know the E! audience will be thrilled now that she is ready to share an inside look at her everyday life.”
“The last couple years have been such an incredible journey with the support of my fans,” Kylie said in a statement. “This show will allow me to give them a peek inside all of the exciting things I am working on, as well as some personal time with friends.”
