While Katie Holmes has tried her hand quite a few times at the silver screen, she really does look more at home on the small. So we were delighted to hear that the former Dawson's Creek star would be appearing in the upcoming series of Liev Shreiber's hit show Ray Donovan.
Holmes is set to have a 'major guest-starring role', Showtime have said, while Deadwood's Ian McShane will play Holmes' on-screen father.
Her character named Paige is described as a 'shrewd and chic businesswoman and the daughter of a billionaire produce' (who hires Donovan).
Ray Donovan is now Showtime’s second most-watched series after Homeland, with the third season expected to return this summer.
