Variety has confirmed that Vince Gilligan is now working on a spinoff movie that "tracks the escape of a kidnapped man and his quest for freedom." If you cast your mind back to the finale of 'Breaking Bad', we last saw Jesse Pinkman speeding off into the night after Walter White had rescued him from the neo-Nazis.
Our guess? It'll follow Jesse on the run from the neo-Nazis and him trying to escape his past. A working title of 'Greenbriar' has been announced, with production due to kick off in the coming weeks and run right through to February, although no casting has been announced as of yet.
Aaron Paul's Twitter account, as of 9.40AM this morning, has been suspiciously quiet. It might just be that they're waiting to officially announce the title and release date, but for now, start speculating wildly in the comments.
