If you're looking for a quiet night in to kick off the bank holiday weekend well then this week's Late Late Show might be a good place to start.
Following the dramatic victory for the families of the Hillsborough disaster victims, tonight's show will spend some time focusing on the event. Liverpool native and Irish country music phenomenon Nathan Carter will be performing a song he's written specially for the 96. He'll also chat with Ryan about life on the road and his new album.
Continuing the Liverpool theme, football icon Kevin Keegan will be on hand to discuss fight for justice for the families of the Hillsborough victims. The former England manager will also talk to Ryan about what he's up to now and the time he appeared on The Late Late Show alongside an actual bear. Yeah, apparently that actually happened? Anyone?
Ryan will also be joined by Senator Lynn Ruane who'll share her inspiring story of triumph over adversity. Meteorology power couple Joanna Donnelly and Harm Luijkx will also be on hand to talk about the weather (no really). Hopefully they'll be able to explain the snow at the end of April.
Finally the show will conclude with a panel discussion on whether or not the Gardaí should be armed. Crime correspondent Paul Williams, Clonmel solicitor Kieran Cleary and former assistant commissioner Martin Donnellan will debate the issue.
