As just about everyone predicted, the Battle of Winterfell was a victory for the Starks and the North, but it came at a heavy price - and one that was going to have an impact on what happens next on 'Game of Thrones' in the war for Westeros.
Who should sit on the Iron Throne?
As this trailer for next week’s episode shows, the focus now turns to Cersei Lannister and her hiring of the Golden Company, as well as her alliance with Euron Greyjoy and his Iron Fleet. You've also got the depleted armies of the North and the few remaining Unsullied, all as Cersei marches towards them.
It'll also be interesting to see how the season weaves its way out from under the weight of expectation on last night's episode, and to where it's all going to eventually end up at. With just three episodes left, it's clearly zeroing in on an ending - but who will win?
