Word has it that an announcement regarding Clarkson's future with the BBC is imminent so naturally the bookies have all got in on putting together a list of who's the odds on favourite to replace the Top Gear host.

According to Ladbrokes, current favourite is former TGI Friday presenter Chris Evans, although he has dismissed these rumours as 'absolute nonsense'. However, considering his extensive personal collection of cars we can't help but feel he would be an ideal choice.

Coming in at number two then is Jodie Kidd, which is a random one but she did once hold record for the fastest time in A Reasonably Priced Car challenge on Top Gear.
