A TV pilot has been ordered for Gone Baby Gone, the 2008 flick that marked Ben Affleck's directorial debut and was an adaption of a Dennis Lehane novel of the same name.
The movie, described as a 'neo-noir' starred Casey Affleck, Michelle Monaghan, Morgan Freeman and Ed Harris and follows an investigation into the abduction of a little girl in Boston.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Fox has finally commissioned a pilot after "months" of trying to strike a deal. Miramax - which produced the film - is on board, and Judging Amy's Robert Levine is writing the script and executive producing the yet untitled project.
It may not make it past the pilot stages but could be a good watch if it does.
