Season four of Netflix's 'The Crown' is currently in mid-production, and images from the set have leaked online which appear to show Gillian Anderson's Margaret Thatcher in full garb.
Now, Margaret Thatcher shouldn't need any introduction to us Irish at this stage, so you'll have to look up the doings of The Iron Lady in your own time for a history lesson. However, with the character due to make an appearance in the next season of 'The Crown', it'll be interesting to see what moments of her reign are included in the next installment of the series.
Having already been depicted on screen by Meryl Streep in 'The Iron Lady' back in 2011, now it's time for Gillian Anderson to fill in.
And it's been pretty clear that fans of 'The X Files' and 'Sex Education' actress are having a hard time seeing her in a different, more cold-hearted, light.

Whatever your opinion on the matter, we can't wait for the series to return. Following Olivia Colman's eventual exit at the end of the fourth season, she will make way for Imelda Staunton to take over the reigns of Queen Elizabeth in the show's fifth and final season.
