The beginning of season seven is still a while away but rumours have abounded as to what direction the show will go in as well as who might kick the bucket and who might make a return.
While we have heard the likes of Bella Ramsay (Lyanna Mormont) and Ser Jorah Mormont (Iain Glen) are returning in season seven, one person we did not expect to make a comeback is Walder Frey (David Bradley), the man responsible for the Red Wedding and whom Arya got to, quite literally, serve just desserts to at the end of season six before slitting his throat.
Game of Thrones website Watchers on the Wall have reported that the official agency résumé of actor David Bradley has him down to appear in season seven, so it looks like Walder Frey will be showing up in some shape or form.
In fairness though, there would be no coming back from that death, so we assume it will be either in flashback or, and what we think is most likely, Arya will use his face as part of her new faceless lady tricks. But then who knows what Game of Thrones has up their sleeves?
