HBO favourites Game of Thrones, VEEP and Silicon Valley will all get their US premieres on the same day.
Game of Thrones, entering its fifth season, will also get a trailer fairly shortly online. Not only that, the smash-hit TV series is going to be the first ever to be screened in IMAX. The final two episodes of Season 4 - that's the Battle of Castle Black and, y'know, the one where you-know-who dies.
Meanwhile, Julia Louis-Dreyfuss' shatteringly hilarious VEEP gets its fourth season and will see Selina Meyer get what she wants - the Presidency of the United States. It's like House of Cards, except actually good. OH SNAP.
Mike Judge's Silicon Valley, which we have been told is hilarious but simply haven't got a chance to sit down and watch, will also be debuting its second season and more of the razor-sharp comedy from the guy who wrote Office Space is expected.
The three shows will air on HBO on Sunday, April 12th. All three, Game of Thrones especially, are expected to debut on Sky Atlantic the very next day. Clear your schedule on Monday, April 13th and set yourself up for some excellent television.
