The final season of 'Game of Thrones' finally has a concrete release date.
As well as revealing the release date, HBO have treated fans to the first full teaser of 'Game of Thrones' season 8 to feature members of the cast; and as always with their teasers, it's all very smoke and mirrors. Or should we say, statues and Starks.
In the teaser we see the Stark reunion at Winterfell, as Jon, Sansa, and Arya pay a visit to the eery Crypts of Winterfell. Have a look at the full teaser below.
The teaser trailer was revealed during last night's first two episodes of HBO's third season of 'True Detective.'
We've also recently been given a quick glimpse of one scene from the upcoming final season; the five second clip in question featured a rather stiff Sansa welcoming Jon and Daenerys to Winterfell.
Fans won't have to wait too much longer, as the final season of 'Game of Thrones' will arrive on April 14th. Sky Atlantic will have the show available for Irish fans on April 15th.
