Although we don't yet have a clear date as to when Season 7 is kicking off, we do know that it's happening relatively soon - possibly sooner than we expect, if rumours are to be believed.
Between now and the eventual release date, fans of Game of Thrones are doing just about anything to fill the void and have even begun taking bets on who's going to die first in the new season. According to a poll conducted by Sports Betting Experts, 10,000 Game of Thrones fans were asked who they think will be the first to meet the Stranger - or, y,know, die in a horrible way.
Unsurprisingly, the top choice - gaining 14% of the vote - was Theon Greyjoy. That should come as no surprise, considering he's basically been put through the ringer through most of the series and it's only a miracle he's still alive. Further down - with 8% of the vote - was Melisandre, followed closely by our own Liam Cunningham's character, Ser Davos Seaworth.
Interestingly, the betting analysts suggest putting money down on Jamie Lannister to die first, with Cersei Lannister and Euron Greyjoy as possible second and third choices.
