G'wan the Arya! Well, Maisie Williams really, that's the actress who plays our favourite Game of Thrones hero. 17 year old Williams was recently refused entry into the business class lounge of British Airways and took to Twitter to voice her annoyance at the matter.
She tweeted; 'Denied from the business lounge once again for being under 18 and without an adult... @British_Airways sort your s**t out.’ Going on to say 'I'm not saying I deserve special treatment' and adding; 'Just saying if 16-18 yr olds are grown up enough to travel 5,400 miles around the world I'm sure we can handle sitting quietly in the damn lounge.’
The reason she wasn't allowed in though is actually fairly legit, nobody under 18 is allowed in as there is a self service bar which is not staffed. A point which was explained to Williams via Twitter by the airline who also said; ‘Hi Maisie. We're sorry if you were disappointed, lounge guests must be 18 or older. We look forward to welcoming you soon.'
Ah seventeen wha', when you are only dying to be an adult but nobody will let you yet, even if you are one of the stars of the biggest TV show in the world.
