Well these are two Irish talents we are pretty excited about working together. First off, Graham Linehan is the man that brought us Father Ted and The IT Crowd, while Sharon Horgan co-wrote Channel 4's Catastrophe as well as recently working as showrunner on HBO’s ‘Divorce’ starring Sarah Jessica Parker, which is currently in post-production.
So yeah, together this pair may just come up with your new favourite show.
The BBC comedy is currently in development and will be called 'Motherland', while it will also be written by Graham's wife Helen Linehan. It's set to be a show all about the trials and tribulations of middle-class motherhood.
No word on when we might get to see it yet, but one to definitely keep an eye out for.
