However, her reaction to Joanna - who, let's remember, is completely blameless in this whole situation - left a lot to be desired.

The official Urban Dictionary definition is "A person who is a boring c**t and is extremely dull", although some have taken it to mean that Amber also considers Joanna to be ugly.
