The 30-year-old actress - who married  John Krasinski, star of the US Office, three years ago - says her spouse changed her life and makes her feel like she can tackle anything.

She said: 'Meeting John really changed my life. When I feel the support I have from him, I feel invincible. There's someone behind you on your good days, and someone in front of you on your bad days.' The 'Arthur Newman' actress also insisted her everyday life is far from glamorous. She said: 'I spend my life in sweatpants and covered in mud.'

And the brunette beauty admits she gets squashed in bed as the couple are happy to share their sleeping space with their pet Labrador Finn. She joked to the new issue of America's InStyle magazine: 'I have an enormous husband - he's 6 ft 3 in - and an enormous dog.' Emily insists she isn't worried about having turned 30 in February and is looking forward to what the new decade has to offer.

She said: 'Whatever those good things are, I don't even know. But I am a hopeful person.'

Krasinski has recently wrapped The Office after an eight year stint on the show and is expected to concentrate on his blossoming movie career now.
