It's that time of year again when the good folk at Strictly Come Dancing start drip-feeding us the lineup of celebrities that will be taking to the dance floor this autumn. Yesterday, the first famous face to be announced was The Saturdays singer Mollie King and today we found out that there would be an EastEnders actor thrown into the mix too.
Davood Ghadami, who plays Kush on the soap, will be getting his dancing shoes on in September. He said: "Having the opportunity to take part in this year's Strictly is such an honour.
"It's going to be exciting, challenging and terrifying all at once and I am so looking forward to stepping out of my comfort zone and learning to dance. See you under the glitterball!"

Ghadami is one of many EastEnders actors who have taken to the Strictly dance-floor over the years, including Jake Wood, Kellie Bright, Kara Tointon and Tameka Empson.
He's got those moves like Jagger! 😉
