Last night's episode of Derry Girls was a cracker and affirmed its place as the best new comedy currently on TV.
It saw Erin and her trustee band of misfits try to get out of an exam when they claimed to see an apparition down at the local church, and a half-hour of havoc ensued that was packed full of pitch-perfect one-liners, hilarious misunderstandings and of course a healthy dose of '90s nostalgia.
The cause of all this mayhem for the four girls and 'the wee English fella' was Erin's dog Toto, who she believed had died at the start of the episode only to spot him running into the church later on. Turned out the lovely Toto wasn't so resurrected after all and was actually given away.
This did mean though that while filming the girls had a cute little dog running around on set, but it seemed it did not take a shining to Nicola Coughlan, who plays Claire.
The actress shared the below pics on Twitter:
Ok, to celebrate Episode 3 of #DerryGirls Ive decided to share with you the greatest picture of me that’s ever been taken.

We're sure there was no actual biting happening here but her face...
