If you've never heard of Wet Hot American Summer, don't worry.

It's a little-known cult comedy that opened all the way back in 2001 and had a reasonably unknown cast back then. You've definitely heard of them now, though.

Amy Poehler, Bradley Cooper, Paul Rudd, Elizabeth Banks, Christopher Meloni (yes, the guy from Law & Order), H. Jon Benjamin (that's Archer) and a good few others starred in this comedy about a ficitonal summer camp in the 1980's.

It's absolutely hilarious and if you see it on TV anywhere, take an hour and a half and watch it.

Netflix, which has breathed new life into cancelled TV shows like Arrested Development and the US remake of The Killing, is to begin work on a miniseries that follows up WHAS.

Most importantly, however, is that the entire cast has signed up to reprise their roles.

Here's a little taste of what Wet Hot American Summer was like.
