**No spoilers here folks so keep reading!**
It's long been known that a spin-off to hit show Breaking Bad was on the cards with our favourite lawyer Saul Goodman at the helm. The show set to be called 'Better Call Saul' was rumoured to be a prequel but nothing had in fact been set in stone.
Well writers Vince Gilligan and Peter Gould have cleared things up for us saying that although it will begin as a prequel, it will not necessarily follow chronological time, similar to how Breaking Bad went.
WHICH MEANS, is there hope we might see Jesse and Walt AGAIN?!
Vince Gilligan said;
"Realistically speaking, we've got a whole lot of actors, and the world is now well aware of their wonderful talents and abilities, and therefore Breaking Bad has probably made it tougher for Peter and I to get some of these folks pinned down for another TV show...."
"That is a high-class problem that we will have to contend with as we go forward with Better Call Saul, if we do indeed want to touch base with some of these characters… Better Call Saul could be The Love Boat of its generation, where instead of Milton Berle showing up in a sailor's cap, hopefully it could be Aaron Paul, also in a sailor's cap."
Aaron Paul in a sailor's cap? We're in.
