If you were wondering where everyone's favourite Watcher was, you weren't the only one.
Yesterday's announcement by Entertainment Weekly that they had managed to get (almost) the entire cast of Buffy back together for the show's 20th anniversary was met with joy by fans everywhere, but after a few minutes they began to wonder where Anthony Stewart Head, AKA Giles, was.
@SarahMGellar Where was Anthony??? ðŸ˜Å¾

Turns out, he was in jolly old England, which is all too fitting.
So sad I couldn't join the reunion - wasn't for lack of trying - literally coincided with the tech rehearsal of Love In Idleness. Bummer x

EW have worked hard to have my presence felt - in a portrait on set and an interview. Here's to 20 years and a wonderful group of people x

Head is currently starring in a show in London and was in the midst of a tech rehearsal that he couldn't miss so unfortunately he couldn't be there. He did however get a nice shout out which let him be there in spirit.
The Entertainment Weekly 'portrait' of Giles really makes it look like Anthony Stewart Head has died pic.twitter.com/ysajgCu1AO
