The amateur sewer competition hosted by Joe Lycett continues. This time, the seven remaining contestants take part in a series of challenges as they return to the sewing room for reduce, reuse and recycle week. Joe Lycett kicks the group off with a pattern for a man's bomber jacket, which must be pieced together from four second-hand women's garments. In the transformation challenge, the sewers are tasked with changing laundry bags into a stylish and wearable garment, before finally being tasked to use old knitwear to make a made to measure jumper dress.
