The last semi-final sees the remaining hopefuls head to Ollie Dabbous's London restaurant Hide, where they receive a masterclass from the Michelin-starred chef in making his beef tartare. He then asks them to create a dish from the restaurant's select larder before they are each given responsibility for one of the dishes during a packed service. Back at the studio, a final test awaits in which the hopefuls must cook two dishes for Gregg Wallace, Marcus Wareing and Monica Galetti, who decide who will go through to next week's finals
