The final stage of the culinary contest begins, with the four remaining contestants embarking on a culinary adventure of a lifetime on the island of Mauritius, where they will face three extraordinary challenges. The first challenge takes place in the town of Mahebourg, one of the island's earliest established fishing ports. Split into teams of two, each pair will be tasked with cooking two traditional Mauritian street food dishes for local fishermen. Next, the amateurs travel to the island's capital, Port Louis, where they have the honour of working at the Labourdonnais hotel during a busy lunch service. Finally, the contestants face the daunting challenge of creating a dinner for mentors Chef Moroogun Coopen and Chef Peeroo Nizam, as well as some of the leading figures in Mauritius' food and cultural community
