Dave Myers and Si King visit a Scottish-Malaysian fusion street food cafe called Kopitiam in Glasgow, where they meet owner Julie, who is on the lookout for fresh and exciting local produce that she can put her own unique and spicy twist on. The duo head off in search of three new suppliers, and get their hands on exciting ingredients including shellfish, venison and some very special salt.
