In this seasonal special of The Great Big Design Challenge, eight of Britain's best miniaturists are tasked with creating a pint-sized magical Christmas retreat. Their brief is to transform an empty diorama into a wintery cabin in the woods, including mini versions of everything people love about Christmas, such as a mouth-watering festive feast, Christmas trees, a carrot for Rudolph or even presents for the judges. Interior design guru Laura Jackson and miniature sculptor Willard Wigan judge the pocket-sized proceedings, with miniature enthusiast Sandi Toksvig following the contestants' efforts.
